Established in 1945, Tambula is a company that specializes in the manufacturing of spiked rollers and perforation machines. We acquired the company in 1995 and since then, spiked rollers have become our core expertise.

Our state-of-the-art facilities house modern CNC machinery and high-performance drilling centers, with a capacity of up to 12 meters. With a team of well-trained specialists, we consistently deliver high-quality products with the utmost precision. Additionally, we have our own mechanical construction department for building perforation machines.

Over the years, our reliability and commitment to excellence have earned us the trust of specialists in machine construction and users worldwide.

Our product range includes spiked rollers, perforation rollers, pin segments, and pin rings, made from various materials such as brass, plastic, aluminum, and steel. These are used for film perforation, including nano- and micro-perforation, as well as hot perforation of film and non-woven materials up to temperatures exceeding 400°C.

Furthermore, we also manufacture embossing rollers for film and non-woven materials, prick rollers for tire production, fibrillation rollers, opening rollers for textile fibers, lags for tearing cylinders, and pinned plates.

At Tambula, we strive to provide precision in perforation, and our products cater to various industries, including wood and textile processing machines for transportation purposes. Our spiked rollers and perforation machines come in diameters ranging from 20mm to 400mm, with lengths exceeding 5000mm.
