Unlike traditional heat treatment methods, our Flame Heating System selectively harnesses the chemical effect of the gas flame, delivering exceptional performance. But that's not all - we also offer additional pretreatment equipment, including plasma treatment, to further enhance the coating process.

During the flame heating process, the surface of the workpiece is briefly exposed to the direct impact of a gas flame enriched with extra oxygen. This generates a series of molecular bond breakage within the substrate, along with the binding of active ions such as OH and COOH groups, which are abundantly present in the flame. As a result, formerly nonpolar materials are transformed into highly polar ones, giving rise to the creation of polar groups on the surface.

These polar groups play a crucial role in promoting secure bonding of various substances such as printing inks, lacquers/paints, adhesives, and more. By generating a significant increase in surface energy, the treated substrate acquires greater affinity for coatings, allowing for superior and lasting adherence.
