The PP12 PLUS vacuum sealer is a floor-standing single chamber machine for packing food and non-food products into barrier film bags. The packer is made of stainless steel and has the ability to adapt it to the specific requirements of different production plants. The standard packer is equipped with two 495 mm long welding bars and a vacuum pump with a capacity of 63 m3 / h. The packaging machine is also available with two parallel bars 685 mm long, or "corner bars" 590 + 495 mm, or 3 bars 495 mm.

If required, the machine can be equipped with a vacuum pump with a capacity of 100m3 / h, dosage of a modified gas medium (MGM), and a piece of excess bag.

The machine is equipped with a microprocessor controller with digital measurement of vacuum and memory for recording names and parameters of 25 packaging processes. Each program allows editing all the basic parameters of the packaging process (vacuum [%], gas [%], welding time [sec.] Cut-off time [sec.], Etc.). During packaging, parameters are displayed in real time on a backlit LCD.

- Waiting time: allows you to automatically interrupt the pumping process if there is no change in the pressure in the chamber within a specified period of time. This function is especially useful for packaging products with a high moisture content - it allows you to achieve an optimal vacuum, preventing unnecessary moisture removal from the product.

- Pause vacuum: function of introducing pauses during pumping, to ensure a finer and complete removal of air from porous products. The entered parameters are the vacuum value at
which pumping will be stopped and the pumping pause time (the function is available on request).

- Cycle counter with zeroing capability.

- Function for checking the tightness of the chamber and vacuum system.
