The seaming machine is designed for automatic seaming of glass jars and bottles with TWIST-OFF lids.
The design of the machine allows the processing of steam to the lids and containers with the product, which ensures the creation of a vacuum inside the sealed container.
The equipment is made of stainless steel.
Suitable for a wide range of glass jars (bottles) with a volume of 0.2L to 3L.
The seaming machine for glass jars and bottles works as follows:
Caps are loaded in bulk into storage hopper. By means of the magnetic tape of the vertical conveyor, the covers from the storage bin are fed to the horizontal chute. Incorrectly oriented lids are thrown back into the hopper, and correctly oriented ones are fed through an inclined chute into the steaming area. After passing through this zone, the lid is placed on the container supplied by the conveyor and also treated with steam.
Further, the mechanisms of preliminary and final seaming perform the sealing of cans (bottles) with lids.
Steam supplied to the container with the product at the time of sealing , after a while it condenses, as a result - a vacuum is created inside the rolled container.
