Description
The labeling machine is designed for gluing polypropylene circular and frontal labels from a roll onto a cylindrical surface of metal, plastic or glass containers. The labeling equipment is equipped with a centering device (photo tag) and is made in stainless steel. An additional option - a mechanism date stamping. Principle of operation The OMRON command unit (Japan) controls the operation of the main mechanisms, receiving, in turn, signals from 4 photo sensors. Hot melt adhesive is applied with a transfer adhesive to the beginning and end of the label. Its transfer to a bottle (can and other container) is carried out by a vacuum drum, and gluing and smoothing is performed by a rolling conveyor and a cushion made of porous rubber.
