Our company specializes in recycling thermoplastic production waste at our processing plants through agglomeration and grinding processes to create high-quality recyclate, such as regrind or agglomerate. Since 1998, we have been dedicated to recycling thermoplastic waste and have produced over 10,000 tonnes of premium recyclate. With our state-of-the-art plastics processing plants, including one agglomeration line and two grinding lines, we handle various waste streams from thermoplastic polymers like PE, PP, PVC, PET, PA, ABS, and PS.

We have developed strong expertise in processing films, shavings, powder, sheets, pipes, bales, and other waste materials meticulously and professionally. Our quality control measures include taking product samples during production, conducting tests for non-melting foreign substances using laboratory extrusion, and utilizing our own lorry scales for quick and reliable weighing of incoming and outgoing goods.

Situated in Bad Sobernheim, our extensive facility spans over 30,000 square meters, featuring three production halls, a warehouse, and bulk goods tents for efficient storage of waste and finished products. In addition to our recycling operations, we also offer contract work services for waste recycling, ensuring a seamless return of materials back into the production cycle.
