7duveel is a company that specializes in cooking gourmet meals from Turkish and International cuisines. We take great pride in using high quality ingredients and our own special recipes to create delicious meals for our customers.

One unique aspect of our meals is that they go through a sterilization process in autoclaves, which allows them to be shelf-stable for up to a year without any loss in quality or taste. This means that our customers can enjoy our ready-to-heat meals at their convenience, with just 2 minutes of microwave re-heating required.

At 7duveel, we have the privilege of sharing the expertise of two renowned establishments in Istanbul: Düvee, the famous farm-to-table online meat shop, and Tütsü BBQ, known for its exceptional smoked American BBQ. With their knowledge and experience, we have been able to conduct extensive research and development in conserving modified atmosphere packaged meals, using sterilization via heat treatment.

The result of our efforts is a product line that not only meets the highest gastronomic standards but is also logistically feasible. Our meals remain fresh, just as they were on the first day, thanks to our advanced preservation techniques.

Quality and safety are of utmost importance to us. That is why all our facilities are certified and undergo regular inspections to ensure that they meet the BRC Grade C, ISO 22000: 2018, and FSSC 22000 quality standards.
