Hrybna Sprava is the leading producer of ering mushrooms in eastern Ukraine. Since its establishment in 2010, the company has grown from a small local oyster mushroom producer to a state-of-the-art automated factory equipped with the latest foreign technology for cultivating ering mushrooms. Ering mushrooms are not only delicious, but also safe and healthy. With their resemblance to porcini mushrooms, they have gained popularity in Europe and North America as a staple food.

Ering mushrooms boast a protein content ranging from 15% to 25%, making them comparable to meat and dairy products in terms of nutritional value. Additionally, these mushrooms contain a comprehensive array of B-group vitamins, ascorbic acid, and numerous other essential elements vital for the human body. Remarkably, ering mushrooms retain 95% of their biologically active substances even after undergoing heat treatment.
