Companions Haven is a family-run, independent business specializing in pet cremation services. Located in Bristol, we serve clients not only in the immediate vicinity but also throughout Somerset and Wiltshire. Our pet crematorium is nestled next to our family home, offering a serene environment surrounded by wildlife, trees, and flowers.

At Companions Haven, we understand the pain and grief that accompanies the loss of a beloved pet. As pet owners ourselves, we empathize with the difficult emotions involved in saying goodbye. Our goal is to provide caring and compassionate support before and after the bereavement process.

With the utmost dignity and respect, we conduct individual pet cremations. We offer a range of options for returning the ashes to owners, including caskets, urns, scatterboxes, or transforming them into keepsakes or jewelry. Our commitment is to ensure that each pet is handled with the highest level of care throughout the cremation process.

To make the process as convenient as possible, we provide various services, such as a collection service. If your veterinary hospital is within a 10-mile radius of our base in Pucklechurch near Bristol, we offer a complimentary pet collection service. For locations beyond this radius, a mileage charge applies. Additionally, we accommodate appointments at our pet crematorium seven days a week for increased flexibility.

While our physical location is in Bristol, we warmly welcome clients from neighboring areas, including Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare, Swindon, Chippenham, Calne, Devizes, and Taunton.
