Our company, Bosch Manufacturing and Services Belgium, has been a leader in the rubber industry for over 40 years. Situated in Tienen, we specialize in the development and production of high-quality rubbers. As part of the Bosch Group, we serve as the global Lead Plant, taking the lead in the development of new rubber compounds and innovative production processes.
One of our core competencies is compounding. With our extensive knowledge and experience, we are capable of developing and producing synthetic and natural rubber compounds using polymers, carbon black, and a wide range of additives. This allows us to tailor the rubber compounds to the specific needs and demands of our customers, such as UV resistance and ozone protection. From raw materials to the final compound, we ensure that the rubber exhibits the desired characteristics, such as heat resistance, compression set, and sealing quality.
In addition to compounding, we excel in co-extrusion. Our advanced manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce products that combine two different rubber types, such as hard and soft rubber, into a single final product. This process ensures high geometrical accuracy, excellent surface quality, and the ability to customize the product according to the specific requirements of our customers. Furthermore, we offer the possibility to apply various types of coatings, including our patented PPC coating, graphite coating, or chlorinated coatings.
Furthermore, our expertise extends to injection molding. We have proven experience in seamless injection molding using both natural and synthetic rubber. The entire tooling design process is conducted in-house, allowing us to closely control and optimize the quality and efficiency of the production process.
