Bignuts S.R.L. is a modern walnut processing company operating in the nut industry. Our company utilizes patented equipment, ensuring the extraction of intact half-walnut kernels at the highest percentage, ranging from 60% to 80%, without compromising on quality and purity.

Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, our facilities enable us to calibrate nuts in their shells, efficiently remove the walnut shells, and meticulously sort and clean the kernels. Our production process adheres to the stringent standards set by the European ISO quality standard. With a processing capacity exceeding 2,000 tons of inshell walnuts annually, we are well-equipped to handle large-scale operations.

Located in the heart of Moldova's capital, Chisinau, our main production site spans over 800 square meters. Within our premises, we maintain dedicated warehouses for the storage of inshell walnuts and processed kernels, guaranteeing optimal conditions for preservation.

Our customer engagement process follows a straightforward scheme:
1) We receive inshell walnuts from our customers.
2) Utilizing our unique and efficient equipment, we extract the walnut kernels, ensuring a minimum yield of 60-80% intact halves.
3) The obtained walnut kernels undergo a thorough cleaning process to eliminate any impurities.
4) We manually sort the kernels based on their structure and color or employ photo sorting equipment, such as Sortex.
5) Once sorted, we package the finished product into boxes, with the option of vacuum packaging for enhanced freshness.
6) Finally, we promptly ship the packaged walnut kernels back to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
