Organizational and legal form - limited liability company (LLC). The company was founded in December 2010. as a new enterprise for the processing of oilseeds and the production of vegetable oils and animal feed.

Ownership structure - 3 founders.

The company was formed by purchasing movable and immovable assets totaling $ 1.7 million USA.

Among the acquired assets. in particular. oil shop. 2 elevators. extraction. checkpoint and weighing.

The plant's productivity was 80 tons / day for oil crops.

From the very moment of the acquisition of the company, reconstruction of the plant was started to improve its infrastructure. increasing the profitability of the enterprise. the creation of new jobs and the company's entry into the foreign market.

As of 03/07/2012 , the reconstruction of the plant was successfully completed and the facility was put into operation.

Currently, it is a stable and ready-made working business with a continuous cycle of work and highly qualified. experienced team.

Thanks to the reconstruction of the enterprise. the plant today has the following infrastructure:

- floor storage warehouses and 2 elevators (which makes it possible to store at least 15,000 tons of grain at a time);

- additional elevator for a mixture of a production batch with a volume of 1,500 tons of grain;

- warehouses of finished products (one-time storage of cakes of 3,000 tons);

- containers for oil (one-time storage oil - 450 tons);

- fuel storage warehouse;

- hexane storage warehouse;

- material and technical resources storage warehouse ;

- gas station;

- repair shops;

- welding shop;

- drying shop;

- grain calibration shop;

- line No. 1 for processing oilseeds for the production of vegetable oils with a capacity of 120 t / day; <
