Brief description of the plant

In September 2009 in The construction of a plant for the production of fuel pellets from wood was completed in the Transcarpathian region. At the constructed plant, special attention was paid to its start-up and adjustment. From the beginning of August to December 2009, it was studied with the involvement of leading experts of the equipment suppliers. put into operation. each element of the technological line has been tested and adjusted to the optimal mode.

At the beginning of 2010 the plant was put into production.
Today. the constructed plant is the most powerful in Ukraine. Its production volume is 7 tons per hour. and with continuous. 24 hour production. per day the volume of products is 168 tons. Thus, the annual output. taking into account planned and unscheduled stops. is more than 50 thousand tons.

The plant is designed in this way. that with insignificant capital investments for the purchase of another pellet mill. without any re-equipment of the production line. production can be increased by another third. and achieve a productivity of over 75 thousand tons per year.
