Rail access belonging to JSC "Latvijas dzelzceļš" (partially located on the adjacent property "Zaļkalni" - an area of ~0.62 ha from the property "Zaļkalni" is fenced off and attached to the territory of VT. This may be a partial encumbrance.
Overpass for pouring oil products 110 m near road no. 1 with a capacity of 10 four-sided tanks;
Landing ramps:
88 m at road no. 2 capacity 6 conditional wagons,
59 m at road no. 3 capacity 4 conditional wagons,
150 m near road No. 4, capacity 10 conditional wagons
- The main access is via an asphalt road owned by the municipality;
- In two places, access to the territory is possible by forest roads, the roads have historically been made with gravel, in satisfactory condition.

Construction and use of the property.
Conditionally, I divided the property into zones, as well as roughly calculated the areas of these territories:
1. Fuel storage with wagon unloading ramp, pumping station and workshop building - total ~ 7ha;
2. Territory ~ 6.7 ha on which there is a small railway ramp, two warehouse buildings, the small one ~ 850 m2 and the largest one ~ 1600 m2 (car transport sheds with 4 m wide doors and 4 m high ceilings);
