The enterprise is located near the city center. The land area is 60,000 sq m, asphalted and fenced. The administrative building is gasified. The territory has lighting, drainage system, transformer substation. The enterprise has a convenient access for heavy vehicles. There are railway tracks nearby.

ODO "Denisovka" carries out passenger transportation on a regular basis according to established schedules and routes:
1. Urban and interdistrict (Chernivtsi region and districts with a length up to 50 km).
2. Intercity: Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zhitomir, Lviv, Uzhgorod, Rovno, Odessa, X melnitsky.
