The object of the proposal is an operating enterprise for the production of non-metallic building materials along with a raw material base - a rock mass of Udachnoye gneiss-granites with an area of 59.4 hectares, five kilometers southeast of the village of Elisenvaara, Lakhdenpokhsky district of the Republic Karelia. The assets of the enterprise include: - rights to build and develop a quarry with a crushing and screening plant at the Udachnoye deposit in the Lakhdenpokhsky district of the Republic of Karelia - a license for the right to use subsoil with a validity period until July 30, 2031; - lands plots with an area of 108 hectares owned and 92 hectares leased; - real estate in the village of Esterlo, Lakhdenpokhsky district of the Republic of Karelia; - rights to sublease the railside land plot at the Elisenvaara railway station. The field has been in operation since 2009 A. The quarry with a crushing and screening plant was put into operation in 2015. The functional purpose of the quarry is the extraction and processing of gneisses, producing from them building stone of fractions 0-250 mm. The design capacity of the first stage of field development is 973 thousand tons and and 350.0 thousand cubic meters per year of finished products. The balance of mineral reserves as of January 1, 2023 amounted to 27,109.24 thousand cubic meters. At the end of 2023, three horizons were opened: overburden with the mark of the working site on the roof of the mineral and mining - +70.0 and +60.0 m. Technological diagram of the fraction flax sorting plant - waste-free with preliminary screening before the first stage of crushing and a closed cycle at the last stage of crushing without washing. Finished products: crushed stone in accordance with GOST 8267-93, sand from crushing screenings in accordance with GOST 8736-93. Electricity supply - two d zel generator. Drinking quality water is imported from the village of Elisenvaara. Domestic wastewater is transported by a sewage truck to the treatment plant of the Elisenvaara village.
