A special permit was obtained for mining operations until December 2033 with the possibility of further prolongation.
Full (100%) or partial (50%) transfer of corporate rights to the company that owns the quarry is proposed. Before concluding a full sale transaction, the Seller provides the Buyer with valid contracts for the supply of quarry products, the results of an independent audit of the company, a valid permit for the use of subsoil. The deal is notarized.
In case of partial sale of the business (investment), the new owner purchases equipment necessary for the development of production and transfers it to the Company as his share in the company's fixed capital. List of equipment required for the quarry: bucket loader, crane, excavator, bulldozer, compressor, etc.
