Description
A new large production of sanitary and hygienic and other types of paper is on sale in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The production capacity of the enterprise is up to 24 thousand tons of tissue paper per year. The area of the enterprise is 1.8 hectares. The area of industrial and warehouse property of the order 8 700 sq. M. As a part of production: - BP-82 paper machine. - Warehouse for raw materials (waste paper); mass preparation department; section for purification of circulating water, vacuum facilities (2 pumps from NASH and 1 pump from SIEMENS); control section of PM drives; hot air supply section ha in the hood of high-speed paper drying; section for cutting rolls (slitting machine) with scales; finished products warehouse; electrical workshop and mechanical repair department; transport area (loaders). - Laboratory. - Administrative building. - Gazosn abzhenie on gas pipelines of medium and low pressure. - Boiler room gas with a steam boiler BOSCH. - Power supply is carried out from our own substation 35kV / 10kV with a capacity of 4 MW, through two in-shop transformer substations 10kV / 0.4kV. Energy consumption is carried out according to class 1 - Water supply eneration (city and from own wells with permission); sewerage. The market for the company's products is in a state of rapid development. The consumption of sanitary and hygienic types of paper in Ukraine is three times lower than the European level, which indicates a huge potential ale this market. The development program of the enterprise provides for an increase in production and sales of tissue, including for export, as well as the development of new types of finished products.
