However, there has been a shortage of suppliers specializing in Mediterranean products due to expensive employment costs, lack of well-trained staff, limited production capacity, and inconsistent quality and service.In 2002, we recognized this gap in the market and decided to fill it. Our goal was to bring the rich and varied pastry specialties of Anatolia, the Balkans, and the Middle East to the European market in a professional manner and in accordance with EU standards. Following extensive market research, we carefully curated our product range, taking into account the preferences of European customers.
