Product Description:Nestled in the idyllic Beaujolais region, our product is a true gem amongst the ten crus of the appellation. Situated in the northern part of Beaujolais, our vineyards boast steep slopes that contribute to the character and quality of our wine. With a rich history and deeply rooted traditions, our vineyard was among the first to be cultivated in ancient times, while others remained covered in chestnut trees. In fact, it is believed that our climate was named after Julius Caesar himself, emphasizing the significance and prestige of our wine. The soil composition in our vineyard is a unique blend of granite and manganese, adding complexity and depth to the flavors of our wine. To ensure the utmost quality, we maintain a planting density of 9,000 vines per hectare, allowing us to control the vigour of the grape variety. Our viticulture practices extend to the pruning technique, where we employ a very short goblet pruning method to regulate yields and enhance the overall quality of the grapes. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand, ensuring only the finest fruits are selected for our wine. Our vinification process follows the traditional Beaujolais method, employing semi-carbonic fermentation with whole clusters of grapes. This process takes place over a maceration period of 6 to 10 days, resulting in a wine that is both refined and aromatic. After vinification, our wine is aged in vats, allowing it to develop its unique characteristics and flavors. The end result is a wine that embodies finesse and depth. Its beautiful color, reminiscent of raspberries, is accompanied by an elegantly charming bouquet, with hints of wild fruit. On the palate, our wine showcases a fleshy texture and impressive structure, leading to a long and fragrant finish.Indulge in the craftsmanship and passion that goes into every bottle of our wine, and experience the true essence of Beaujolais in every sip.
