Our precision tubes are manufactured using the highly efficient welding process, which is an integral part of our industry. Starting with a flat strip of high-quality metal, our specially designed machinery and rollers shape the strip into a seamless tube. The resulting join, or seam, is then meticulously welded together using state-of-the-art techniques.To ensure the utmost quality and consistency of our welds, we employ special non-destructive testing methods such as eddy current, ultrasonic, and pressure testing. These rigorous tests guarantee that each weld meets our strict standards.Just like in seamless manufacturing, our welded tubes can be further processed through plug drawing or sinking. This allows us to create exceptionally long lengths of coiled tube, which can be precisely measured using laser technology during the coiling process.While strip welding and cold drawing are the main processes involved in manufacturing our welded tubes, we also incorporate other essential processes at various stages. These additional processes help to enhance the final product, ensuring its durability and reliability in a wide range of applications within the industry.
