Description

The preparation of tapes before lamination is a critical step in enhancing productivity in the industry. Introducing the new GCM, designed specifically for the tape preparation process, brings forth a range of advanced features. This machine is capable of working directly with overlays coils of thicknesses ranging from 0.04 to 0.4 mm, with or without magnetic tape.Depending on the chosen configuration, the GCM can achieve an impressive hourly rate of up to 1200 formats. These formats are efficiently welded, cut to length, and stacked, offering a streamlined production process.One of the standout features of the GCM is its fully automatic suction cup, which facilitates the destacking of 1000 sheets measuring 0.7 mm in thickness. Prior to entering the machine, each sheet undergoes a cleaning process, ensuring optimal cleanliness. This is achieved by passing the sheets through a PVC or PET roller, effectively eliminating any concerns regarding the cleanliness of the cards before lamination.Thanks to its high-end technology, the GCM provides exceptional precision alignment and positioning when working with magnetic tapes. This is particularly valuable as the magnetic strip can be positioned at a higher level than the overlay on the bottom, depending on the heat size. During the assembly process, the GCM utilizes a special ultrasonic welding technique to firmly fix two or three layers with utmost accuracy.In terms of efficiency, the GCM truly excels.
