ThermSys offers a wide range of superior mineral insulated heaters (MI-heaters) designed specifically for industrial heating applications. These heaters are highly versatile and are utilized across various industries. Our standard MI-heaters come in a range of sizes, from 0.5mm to 6.5mm in outside diameter, and are equipped with a durable stainless steel sheath. The stainless steel options include AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316L, AISI 321, and AISI 316Ti, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures of up to 700°C. For even more demanding heating requirements, we also offer MI-heaters with an Inconel 600 sheath (2.4816), which can withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C.Additionally, we understand that some industries may require specific alloys to meet their unique heating needs.
