The CTi Tunnel Freezer is designed with Danish simplicity in mind, offering a fast, simple, and effective solution for IQF cooling and freezing in the food production industry. Using a Vertical Airflow freezing method, our tunnel freezers ensure even airflow distribution for a uniform freeze and crust. The product is loaded onto the conveyor belt and enters the freezing zone where high-speed Axial Fans vertically blast air over the surface. As the frozen product exits the tunnel sections, it smoothly releases from the belt. Easy to operate and clean, our IQF tunnel freezers are versatile for a wide range of applications.
