The Hercules grate features a unique PATENTED JOINT that enables smooth and effortless opening of both internal and external doors, facilitating the movement of external shutters. The HERCULES 2 – 4 model includes a 4-sided telescopic FRAME constructed from 40x30mm galvanized steel vertical profiles, with 18 available variants to suit various construction needs. The GRATED DOOR is made of robust galvanized steel profiles measuring 60x30mm, with crosspieces of 40x30mm tubing and a filler selected from different aesthetic models. The JOINT is created through precise mechanical processing of solid steel and expert welding to the tubular crosspieces, with an upper joint featuring a standard steel nut that secures a 16mm steel pin on the frame's upper crosspiece in the closed position. PIVOT HINGES are comprised of a die-cast mortise structure housing a cut-resistant solid steel rotation pin with a 16mm diameter.
