The CDA K-Net is a semi-automatic filling machine specifically crafted for dosing and filling various liquid types, including fluids, viscous, and pasty substances, along with an optional screwing system. This machine is primarily utilized in industries such as food processing (honey, oil, mustard, fruit juice, etc.), paints and varnishes, cosmetics (cream, ointment, body oil, etc.), and the chemical industry (detergent, solvent, household products, etc.). Adaptable to different pumping systems, the K-Net can accommodate a wide range of products from diverse sectors. It integrates either an electromagnetic or mass flow meter based on the nature of the product to achieve an optimal production rate suitable for small and medium-scale operations, with a capacity of up to 600 vials per hour, subject to the product and container specifications. The machine features a robust structure with a 304L stainless steel frame and is manufactured by CDA, located in Narbonne, France.
