PMNEO Permanent Magnetic Chucks are robust and efficient plates designed for heavy cutting in industrial settings. These super strong and compact chucks are capable of securely holding parts as small as 30x15x6mm with maximum achievable holding forces, even on rough surfaces. Optional pole blocks can be attached to the PMNEO, allowing for the rotation of workpieces for easy access to all sides, drilling on the clamping plate, and more space for chip accumulation during long-running HSC milling processes.
The magnetic chipboard can be activated using a removable hex shifter for added convenience. The 48mm high PMNEO magnetic clamping plate is equipped to directly integrate reference elements, eliminating the need for additional support underneath the magnet. This innovative design ensures efficient and precise operations in various industrial applications.
