Basic information

The HSG swivel motors from this series have been specially designed for applications where precise program sequences involving acceleration, travel, and deceleration are required. These motors can be used in both open-loop and closed-loop controlled systems, typically in conjunction with proportional or servo valves. They are capable of handling various tasks within simple hydraulic circuits, particularly when dealing with small inertia forces. Common applications include operating emptying systems, actuating valves, handling workpieces, and rotating load handling devices.

To cater to different needs across various industries, the HSG swivel motor is offered in 11 different versions, ensuring that customers can find the right drive for their specific application. Key specifications include a specific torque of 1.19 Nm/bar, an operating pressure of 200 bar, a nominal torque of 238 Nm, and a swiveling angle of up to 250 degrees. The motor is available with a choice of shaft end configurations, including toothed shaft (P) and keyway key (Z).
