Constructed with injected plastic segments (POM), along with easily maintainable stainless steel needles and balls, these linear bearings offer a combination of durability and efficiency. The needles play a triple role - holding the segments in place, acting as external tracks for the balls, and determining the size of the ball bushing. In particular, the plastic segments of the MPS Microsystems DBL series linear bearings make them suitable for use in environments characterized by significant temperature fluctuations.
