Embedded payment terminal featuring a 3.5-inch touch screen, GSM communication, and certification according to international payment system standards. This product is tailored for the payment systems industry. Our comprehensive project included manufacturing turnkey terminals from component procurement to case molding, board assembly, firmware installation, and terminal testing. Through a DFM analysis conducted prior to the project's launch, we enhanced the terminal's design by improving housing durability, display contrast, introducing a new antenna on a flexible PCB, and optimizing the Bill of Materials (BOM). These improvements boosted device reliability while simultaneously minimizing manufacturing expenses. A key focus for our developers and technologists was ensuring a precise alignment of the display to the body, accommodating various temperatures and mechanical deformations without compromise.
