Basic information

The GRF series geared agitator, manufactured by Geppert Rührtechnik GmbH, is specifically designed for container agitators in industries that require explosion-proof equipment. The agitator shaft is directly integrated into the hollow shaft of the parallel shaft geared drive, eliminating the need for an additional bearing housing. The gear bearings are robustly constructed to meet industry demands.

With shaft lengths of up to 6,000 mm and drive ratings reaching 75.0 kW, the GRF series is versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. It operates at a standard output speed ranging from 1 to 400 rpm. The agitator shafts are carefully balanced to ensure smooth and concentric operation post-assembly.

For enhanced flexibility, the GRF series can be supplied with a frequency-controlled drive option, offering drive ratings of up to 7.5 kW. Additionally, the product comes with a type test certificate for explosive zone 0, meeting stringent industry safety standards.
