The Electronic Condensate Drains EMD series is specifically designed for the automatic discharging of condensate or other non-aggressive fluids from compressed air systems. These units can be easily installed as external drains for various applications. The condensate is accumulated in the collecting reservoir until the level reaches a certain point, at which the condensate is efficiently and effectively discharged from the system without any air losses.

To ensure precise and accurate detection of the fluid level, the EMD series is equipped with a high-quality capacitive level sensor. This sensor detects the level of the condensate and triggers the discharge process when it reaches the appropriate level. Additionally, the EMD series features a specially designed self-cleaning direct acting valve, guaranteeing reliable and consistent operation.

For added convenience and ease of use, the Electronic Condensate Drains - EMD series is equipped with an operation alarm, LED indicator, test button, and an internal strainer. Furthermore, there is also a version available with a Service Network, which allows for diagnostics, parameter setting, and alarm output.
