As a single-use and non-sterile mask, it promotes hygienic practices and ensures optimal filtration performance. These masks are proudly manufactured on our state-of-the-art production line located in Frontignan, a city in the Hérault region of France. We take pride in complying with the recommended European and French standards, giving you peace of mind about the quality and reliability of our product.

When it comes to certifications, our FFP3 mask has achieved double certification to meet the highest industry standards. It is certified according to both the NF EN 149+A1 2009 and 14683 + AC 2019 standards, demonstrating its effectiveness and compliance in safeguarding respiratory health.

To further guarantee quality and performance, our dedicated team at PRISM conducts rigorous quality control checks during the production process. This ensures that every mask that leaves our facility meets our stringent standards.

The mask itself is composed of several layers designed to maximize filtration efficiency. The outer layers are made of non-woven polypropylene, also known as spunbond, providing a sturdy and protective barrier. The two intermediate layers are crafted with high-quality meltblown fabric, ensuring effective filtration of airborne particles.

For added comfort and convenience, our mask features a double nose bar. This adjustable component allows for a personalized fit, ensuring a secure seal and minimizing fogging of glasses. Additionally, the mask is equipped with a double flat elastic band, manually separable, allowing for easy and secure fastening to the face.
