Our expertise lies in designing castings specifically for cooling slat cake and black dross. With our multi-chamber castings, the overall recovery of salt cake and black dross can be improved by 20 - 40%, equivalent to 3 to 4 percent more aluminum in the material.

The key to our success is the rapid cooling of slat cake and black dross. We understand that mass plays a crucial role in dross processing, which is why we have developed a method that is not only cost-effective, but also reliable with minimal maintenance required. In the past, salt cake and dross pans were designed with a thickness of 38 - 40mm, holding large quantities of material that would take up to 18 - 24 hours to cool before being dumped.

Over time, these traditional pans would often distort and crack, requiring frequent replacement. Huan-Tai's dross pans, on the other hand, offer a superior solution that is durable and long-lasting.
