Description

Our private label wine is produced using grapes sourced from our own expansive vineyards spanning 300 hectares in Olite, Ribera Alta, Navarra. The grapes are carefully selected when they reach the perfect level of ripeness, ensuring the highest quality. With a production limit of 5,000 kg per hectare, we prioritize the excellence of our grapes.

This particular wine is classified as Apellation D.O. NAVARRA and is a blend of Tempranillo (75%), Garnacha (18%), Cabernet-sauvignon (5%), and other varieties (2%). The harvest takes place in mid-September, where the grapes are destemmed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks for a controlled temperature maceration period of approximately seven days. After this, the wine undergoes malolactic conversion and is aged in tanks, allowing it to rest on the lees until it reaches stability and is ready for bottling.
