Product Description:
This product is made from high-quality ball bearing steel, specifically 100Cr6. It features a seal made of rubber NBR, providing enhanced protection. The design includes spherical outer rings that are sealed on both sides. Additionally, the product can be relubricated if required.
These insert bearings have an internal construction that is similar to standard Series 6200 and 6300 radial ball bearings. However, they have wider inner rings, which makes fastening them onto shafts easier. The inner rings are manufactured with a plus tolerance, resulting in transition or press fits when used with shafts that have htolerances. To secure the shaft, there are 2 grub screws positioned 120° apart on the inner ring.
The insert bearings come ready to install and are permanently lubricated with a suitable ball bearing grease. In normal applications, there is no need for relubrication.
