In the automotive industry, our SITEC systems are widely used for fully automatic assembly and laser processing of various components such as high-pressure pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, shift forks, steering systems, camshaft adjusters, stators/inverters, piston rods, as well as battery systems and fuel cells components like cell connectors, battery terminals, and bipolar plates.

In the field of medical technology, we develop and build industry-compliant systems for assembly and laser micromachining of membranes, implants, and surgical instruments.

In addition to our mechanical and plant engineering capabilities, we have years of experience in producing assemblies and components for the automotive industry, meeting the IATF 16949 quality certification standards. This allows us to provide customized solutions with synergy effects resulting from our technological competence and tailor-made mechanical and plant engineering.

In addition to stamping, we offer additional services such as thread creation, use of installation parts, and assembly of multiple components to the stamped parts. These tasks can be carried out during the stamping process or in a separate work process.
