CSN® Flow Heaters

Basic information

The ultra-flat Alper silicone heaters, produced using chemical etching technology, are designed to have an incredibly thin heating element, with a minimum thickness of just 0.8mm. These heaters find applications across a variety of industries including aerospace, naval, household appliances like dishwashers and hobs, as well as kettles, drum heaters, and many more.

The unique technology used in manufacturing these heaters allows for a highly concentrated power density, while still being able to operate continuously at temperatures up to 200 °C, with peak temperatures reaching 230 °C. The silicone material used in these heaters offers exceptional durability and reliability, even in extreme conditions, making it the ideal choice for the professional and medical sectors.

For added versatility, the silicone heating elements can be customized with slots, holes, traction belts, and other features upon request. Additionally, a wide range of accessories are available on demand, including fixed and adjustable thermostats, probes, pt100 temperature sensors, and probe housing pockets.
