Our air coils are made using high-quality enamelled copper wire or high-frequency litz wire. To ensure the coils are self-supporting, we utilize self-bonding wire which is bonded together during or after winding.

One of our key features is our in-house plant engineering, allowing us to customise our production lines to meet your specific requirements. Our capabilities include producing ultra-fine wires starting at 0.020 mm, single-layer flat coils in cylindrical or rectangular shapes, and winding options such as single, bifilar, or trifilar winding. We are also experienced in handling HF litz wires for winding purposes.
