Basic information

Our food grade silicone products are manufactured using platinum cured silicone, ensuring high-quality and safety for use in the food industry. These silicone products have a very low glass transition temperature, making them highly resistant to extreme temperatures. The transparency of our silicone allows for clear visibility of any fabric reinforcement.

With excellent heat resistance, our food grade silicone products can withstand temperatures ranging from 50°C to 180°C. They are reinforced with multiple plies of knit polyester for added strength and durability.

We offer a wide range of sizes and shapes to cater to various needs, including straights, straight reducers, 90-degree elbows, 45-degree elbows, 135-degree elbows, and 180-degree elbows. Additionally, we are able to develop bespoke shapes according to your specific requirements and designs.

In terms of industry use, our food grade silicone formulations are specially designed for applications involving food products. These formulations are FDA approved, ensuring that they do not taint the food and have minimal bacteria build-up. This feature results in lower maintenance costs in the long run.
