It can be used as an excellent egg substitute by simply mixing 2 tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of organic soy flour. This substitution is particularly successful in vegan cake recipes, although it may not be suitable for recipes with a high egg content.

When it comes to baking, our organic soy flour can be used as a partial replacement for cereal flour. Approximately 20% of the cereal flour mentioned in a recipe can be substituted with our organic soy flour to add a nutritional boost.
