Seal Pump - Product Description

The Seal Pump is a high-performance pump designed for various industries. It features a streamlined housing made of either PP (glass-fibre reinforced) or ETFE (carbon-fibre reinforced), ensuring durability and efficient operation.

With a volume flow of up to 230 liters per minute, the Seal Pump delivers impressive performance. It can achieve a delivery head of up to 29 meters of water gauge, making it suitable for applications that require higher pressure.

The Seal Pump is designed for easy maintenance with its back pull-out feature, allowing for convenient access to the internal components without the need for disassembling the entire pump.

The pump is available in different specifications to meet specific requirements. It has a suction port of DN 25 (G 1 1 2 possible) and a discharge port of DN 25 (alternatively G 1 1 2). The rated speed at 50Hz is 3000 rpm, while at 60Hz, it is 3600 rpm. It operates with a voltage of [V].

The Seal Pump is built to withstand harsh operating conditions, with a protection class of IP 55. It has a maximum flow velocity of 1 m/s on the suction side and 3 m/s on the discharge side.

Depending on the chosen material, the Seal Pump can handle different temperature ranges. The PP variant has a maximum temperature of 70°C, while the ETFE variant can withstand up to 80°C.
