The wrapped composite sliding bearing is a maintenance-free product designed for various industries. Made with tin-plated steel and a PTFE sliding layer, it meets the DIN 1494 and ISO 3547 standards.
The bearing's support material consists of steel tin-plated with an intermediate layer of sintered bronze. It has a specific load capacity of up to 250 [N mm2] in static conditions and up to 140 [N mm2] in dynamic conditions at low sliding speeds. The sliding speed should not exceed 2.5 [m s].
With a friction value ranging from 0.03 [µ] to 0.25 [µ], this bearing offers smooth and efficient operation. It can withstand temperature strains from -200 [°C] to +280 [°C]. For short durations, it has a maximum PV-value of 1.8 [N mm² x m s] and 3.6 [N mm² x m s].
The bearing is designed to fit within a housing with a Ø H7 dimension, while the bushing's inner diameter after mounting is H9. It is compatible with shaft tolerances ranging from f7 to h8.
