Basic information

Sectional Doors are a type of door specifically designed for industrial buildings, such as factories and warehouses. They are made of steel material and offer a versatile solution for ceiling openings in these structures.

The doors consist of panels that are connected to each other using panel-colored electrostatic painted steel, aluminum, or stainless steel hinges. These panels have a thickness of 42 mm and a thermal coefficient of 0.78 W/m²K. Each panel is composed of two steel, aluminum, or stainless steel plates filled with polyurethane foam, ensuring excellent insulation with a density of 40 kg/m³.

Inside the panels, there are strong steel plates that increase the wind resistance of the doors. Additionally, EPDM gaskets are used to provide high insulation against rain and wind on the sides, bottom, and top of the doors.

The doors are designed to be balanced with a spring system, allowing them to be easily opened and closed manually without the need for a motor. Furthermore, a security system is in place to prevent spring breakage and rope throwing, ensuring the safety of users.
