Introducing our KIS track rollers, the ideal solution for various industries. These track rollers are specially designed with robust construction and strong outer rings to handle high radial forces and absorb axial forces in both directions.
Featuring self-retaining, single or double row ball bearings, our track rollers are built to last. With thick-walled outer rings and a crowned outer surface (or optional cylindrical outer surface or outer profile), they can withstand not only high radial loads but also tolerate axial loads caused by minor misalignments, skewing, or short-term start-up shocks.
The assembly of our track rollers includes a fixed inner ring mounted on axles. Unlike traditional installations in a housing bore, our track rollers are supported on a flat raceway (mating track) for enhanced stability and performance.
To ensure reliable operation and long-lasting durability, our track rollers are equipped with a lip seal or cover discs on both sides. This sealing mechanism effectively prevents the ingress of dirt, dust, and other contaminants while maintaining proper lubrication inside the bearing.
