Product Description:

This product is designed for the firefighting industry and offers various features to ensure optimum performance. The outside coating provides increased abrasion resistance, acts as a mechanical protection of the jacket, and prevents water absorption. This coating also contributes to the product's low weight, relieving firefighters during operations.

The hose has a very good kink radius, allowing for high flexibility and maneuverability. Its smooth EPDM-rubber lining minimizes friction pressure loss, ensuring efficient water flow. The high-quality EPDM-rubber lining used is extremely resistant to aging, ozone, and UV radiation. This makes the hose durable and low maintenance, with added benefits of root resistance.

The product exhibits excellent temperature resistance, with a cold resistance of up to -40°C and heat resistance of up to +100°C (for water applications). It is also suitable for use with sea water and hot temperatures.

Internally, the hose features a high-quality, very light synthetic rubber based on EPDM. The jacket is made of 100% high tenacity synthetic polyester yarn, woven in a circular-twilled configuration with multiple twisted warp and weft threads. For easy recognition, the outside of the hose is coated with coloured polyurethane (standard colour: red, other colours available upon request).
