The garlic is slow-cooked at low temperatures for 15 to 30 days. This process eliminates the astringent taste of sulfur and allows the natural sugars in the garlic to caramelize, resulting in a sweet, licorice, and balsamic flavor profile. Its umami taste makes it a versatile ingredient that can be used in both savory and sweet dishes, enhancing the flavors of your appetizers, meats, fish, vegetables, and desserts.
