The Automatic pick and place capping machine, manufactured by Shanghai Npack Automation Equipment Co., Ltd, is specifically designed for the capping needs of various industries. This machine effectively solves cap feeding issues and significantly improves capper working efficiency. The cap pick device can be driven by either a servo motor or a cam splitter, allowing for synchronized working with the filling and capping processes.

The capping machine is particularly well-suited for caps that cannot be directly fed onto bottles, including Anti-theft caps, Child Proof Caps, Sports Caps, Push-Pull Caps, Spray Caps, and Pump caps. These caps require special handling due to their unique design features.

Made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, the entire machine is equipped with a dust cover and safety door for optimal hygiene and safety measures. Users have the choice between one or two capping heads, depending on their specific production requirements. The maximum speed for two capping heads can reach 80 bottles per minute.

To accommodate different types of caps, the cap sorting device varies. Customers can choose from a vibertor, centrifugal disc, or elevator sorting feeder. In addition, the bottle capper is equipped with a cap storage hopper elevator, allowing for storage of caps for extended periods of time. The standard cap storage capacity is approximately 0.5 cubic meters, ensuring uninterrupted workflow for long-duration operations.
