The OMF small dust collectors are specifically designed for industries that generate sparks during their processes. These dust collectors are equipped with an integrated spark pre-separator, which effectively captures and contains any sparks before they reach the pocket filter. To further enhance safety, an insertable demister mat is placed in front of the pocket filter. This demister mat can easily be removed from the front of the unit, ensuring easy maintenance and preventing any sparks from damaging the filter. Additionally, the pocket filter used in the OMF dust collectors is designed to be cleaned, allowing for prolonged usage and cost-effectiveness. Apart from these specialized features, all other aspects of the OMF dust collectors remain consistent with the OM small dust extractor model.
