Merecs Engineering GmbH is a specialized company in the industry of test automation, software development, and test equipment construction. With expertise in these areas, we offer a comprehensive range of services including requirements definition, design and implementation, training and commissioning, and ongoing support and maintenance of test systems.
Our portfolio of test systems includes a wide range of solutions such as end-of-line test benches, durability test benches, development test benches, climate and temperature test benches, leakage test benches for gas and hydrogen, test benches for tilt sensors and multi-axis movement simulation, test benches for power electronics, and E-charging points. These systems can be seamlessly integrated into our customers' IT infrastructure, including databases and ERP systems.
To aid in data analysis, we utilize Python and Microsoft PowerBI to generate automated reports and well-structured dashboards. These dashboards provide key performance indicators such as First Pass Yield (FPY), process capability, and statistics. As a National Instruments Alliance Partner, we leverage NI TestStand as our test management tool and NI LabVIEW for software development. Our team of certified software architects and developers have a vast library of software modules that can be utilized in the field of test automation and beyond. We also have expertise in using C/C++ for embedded systems with microcontrollers.
In addition to our services, we also offer the Recovib Suite Software by MICROMEGA DYNAMICS SA. This software is designed to work with various RECOVIB® devices including Tiny, Feel, and Monitor. It allows users to visualize recorded data and convert them into various data formats such as txt, wav, MATLAB, LabVIEW, HDF5, and more. The Recovib Suite consists of five application modules including Recovib.Tiny, Recovib.Feel, Recovib.Monitor, Recovib.Converter, and Recovib.Viewer. Each module serves a specific purpose such as setting up the vibration recorder, visualizing and recording signals, exporting data, and replaying recorded data.
